New announcement bar: a scrolling ticker with icons

Icon Ticker is the icon-led sibling of our Announcement Bar. The original scrolls text; this one puts a crisp icon in front of every message — a delivery truck for free shipping, a return arrow for your policy, a headset for support — so the promise reads at a glance.

A few things it does well:

• Real icons, your pick. Each message uses a Google Material icon, an emoji, or your own uploaded image. There's even a fast-delivery truck with an optional subtle motion, so "ships in 24h" actually feels fast.
• Seamless scroll, no jump. The same clone-to-fill engine as our other bars measures the loop to the exact pixel, so it never stutters or skips at the seam — on any screen width, with any number of messages.
• One section, three looks. Style it light, invert it to a dark bar, or turn it into a loud bold-deal ticker (bigger, heavier, uppercase). Every color is yours; icons recolor to match. Stack two or three in your header.
• Sticky and site-wide. Installs into your theme's Header area, so it shows on every page and stays put as customers scroll.
• Accessible by default. Bold any word to accent it, add a link to any message, and rest easy — it pauses on hover and respects reduced-motion (it settles into a static, centered row instead of scrolling).
